  • Create a three-month training plan based on the goals.
  • Coach provides support and monitors progress in coaching meetings every two weeks.
  • A versatile coaching app and online training channel serve as support for independent workouts.

Phase 2: Towards the Next Level (Starting from month 4)

  • With a solid foundation of fitness, we can start advancing the training to the next level.
  • Update the training program and diversify the workouts.
  • Ongoing monitoring guides adjustments to goals and training plans.
  • Coach provides support and monitors progress in coaching meetings every two weeks.
  • A versatile coaching app and online training channel serve as support for independent workouts.

Home workout channel

Between coaching meetings, to support your independent training and overall well-being, we have an online home workout channel. From this channel, you can select workouts and wellness content to bring to your living room for those moments when time constraints or unexpected life events prevent you from going to the gym.

The channel is designed to support your goals in the following ways:

✅ The channel’s content is categorized clearly, making it easy for you to choose workouts and lecture content based on your goals.

✅ All exercises in the workout channel can be done without equipment and are specifically designed for home environments.

✅ The workout descriptions indicate the level of difficulty, helping you choose the right workout for the occasion.

✅ Workouts and lectures are shorter in duration, typically ranging from 10 to 30 minutes, allowing you to incorporate them even into a busy daily schedule.

✅ The channel is available to you 24/7, wherever you go, and is included in your coaching fee.
