Instructions for booking a racket game session

You can book a racket game session by calling reception at +358 300 472 300 (€0.99/min + local network charge) or through MyEsport online booking. You can log in or create your personal account for MyEsport here.

Booking though MyEsport

• Through the booking system, you can make up to four bookings at a time. Once you’ve used your reserved session, you’re able to make a new booking.
• Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.
• Bookings for the same day’s sessions can be made up to 15 minutes before the session starts.
• Online bookings are confirmed by paying for the session online or at reception. If the payment is not completed, the booking will disappear after 20 minutes. You can pay for the session online or at the reception. Choose your preferred payment method from the payment options at checkout.

Cancelling a booking

• Changes and cancellations for individual bookings can be made free up to 24 hours before the session starts. Cancellations made after this period and missed bookings will be charged according to the price list.
• Please note that bookings with multiple courts have longer cancellation terms. Changes and cancellations for bookings of more than five courts must be made at least five days in advance.

Paying a booking

• Bookings can be paid online when making a reservation through MyEsport, at the reception, or by invoice. At the reception, you can also use sports benefits as a payment method.
• A paid session can be transferred to another session of the same price or a cheaper session, following the 24-hour cancellation policy, by contacting reception by phone. Payments for pre-paid sessions are non-refundable.
• Unpaid sessions and their portions will be charged automatically once a month by email invoice. The reserving party is obligated to notify Espoon Tennistuki Ry of any incorrect invoices within 7 days.
• Any discounted sessions must be paid on the same day, and the discount cannot be redeemed afterwards. When paying for a discounted session, proof of entitlement for the discount must be presented, such as a valid student card or a membership card.

Important notes

• The service provider reserves the right to temporarily use the Esport Center’s facilities for its purposes. The service provider also reserves the right to change its services and pricing.
• Outdoor tennis courts are dependent on weather conditions.
• If you are booking a discounted racket game session, court bookings must be made by phone or by selecting the ”pay at checkout” option in MyEsport.
• The same terms apply to phone bookings as those made through the booking system.
