UKK Walking Test

The UKK Walking Test assesses cardiovascular performance. The test is conducted for a minimum of five (5) individuals at a time and takes place on the indoor running track at Esport Arena. Based on the test, each participant receives a written assessment of their fitness compared to individuals of the same age.
