Pyry Suonpää

Physiotherapist (Bachelor of Health Care), Coach, Fitness Tester

Empathetic, reliable and good-humoured

I’ve been interested in sports and exercise from a young age. That interest has taken me all the way to representing Finland at youth international level in football, studying physiotherapy, and working in coaching and fitness testing.

I believe it’s important for exercise to be enjoyable and bring joy, and that’s something I also want to pass on to my clients – whether I’m helping someone recover from an injury, coaching a one-on-one session or running a fitness testing event for a larger group.

My strongest areas of expertise, built through both my education and personal experience, are the rehabilitation of various sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as holistic coaching that takes into account the different aspects of physical fitness and how the body functions as a whole.

Pyry’s coaching philosophy:
“Happiness begins with appreciating your body and taking care of it.”
