Childcare during your workout

Esport Center’s childcare service is available for children aged 0–5 while their parents exercise, for a maximum of two hours per visit. Please make sure to follow the agreed drop-off and pick-up times. Children use the childcare service with their parents’ consent and under their parents’ responsibility, including when childcare staff are present.

The service is available for children of Esport Center members and racket sports customers. Childcare is free of charge for Esport Center members. For racket sports customers, the fee is €10 per child per visit.

For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the changing rooms, gym or exercise studios. Please always bring your child to the childcare area before going to the changing or exercise facilities, and pick them up only once you are ready to leave.

Please make sure your child has eaten and used the toilet before arriving. Our childcare staff are unable to change nappies. For children who are still learning to use the toilet independently, we also recommend wearing a nappy during their time in childcare.

Our childcare service is intended for children who are already comfortable being cared for outside the home and is not suitable for practising separation from a parent for the first time. If your child becomes very upset, is hungry or has difficulty getting along with the other children, our staff may ask you to return to the childcare area. Please therefore keep your phone nearby while exercising so that we can reach you if needed.

To help make the experience comfortable for everyone, please do not bring your child to childcare if they are tired, hungry or unwell. Please wash your child’s hands before entering the childcare area. Children should be barefoot or wear slippers or non-slip socks. Outdoor clothing and prams should be left in the designated area.

Please do not bring your own food or snacks into the childcare area. Your child may bring their own water bottle or baby bottle; please make sure it is clearly labelled with their name. We also ask that children leave their own toys at home.

Esport Center does not assume responsibility for children using the childcare service. Children participate with their parents’ consent and under their parents’ responsibility. Esport Center is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Lost property is kept for two weeks.
