Booking instructions

You can book a racquet sports court by calling reception on 0300 472 300 (€0.99/min + local call charge) or via the My Esport booking system. You can create your own My Esport account or log in with your existing details here.

You can have up to six bookings at a time. Once you have used one of your booked sessions, you can make another individual booking. Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Same-day bookings can be made up to 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Online bookings are confirmed by completing the payment process. If the payment process is interrupted, the booking will be cancelled after 20 minutes. You can pay for your session online or on arrival. Select your preferred payment method from the available options.

Changes to and cancellations of individual bookings can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the booked session. Cancellations made after this deadline, as well as unused bookings that have not been cancelled, will be charged according to the price list.

Please note that a longer cancellation period applies to bookings for multiple courts. Changes to and cancellations of bookings for more than five (5) courts must be made at least five (5) days in advance.

You can pay for your session when booking via My Esport, at reception or by invoice. Sports benefits are also accepted as payment at reception. A session paid for online can be transferred to another session of the same or lower price by contacting reception by phone. Payments for sessions paid for in advance are non-refundable.

Unpaid sessions and the corresponding charges are automatically invoiced by email once a month. Any errors in an invoice must be reported to Espoo Sport Center Oy within seven days.

Discounted sessions must be paid for on the same day, and discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively. When paying for a discounted session, you must present valid proof of eligibility, such as a valid student card or club membership card.
